  Disney's Beach Club Villas is inspired by the casual elegance of Cape May seaside homes designed during the early 20th century. The light, comfortable ambiance characterized by pastel colors, wooden porches and decorative trim provides a nice complement to its sister resort, Disney's Beach Club Resort. This 5-story, 282-villa resort will be located on a 6-acre site within the Epcot® Resort Area featuring accommodations ranging from comfortable Studios to spacious Two-Bedroom Villas. • Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
  Wilderness Cabins and Homes provide outdoor living with all the comforts of home. Surrounded by lush wilderness, it is just a quick boat ride from the Magic Kingdom® Park. Nestled in a serene forest, in the heart of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Disney's Wilderness Cabins offer a quaint, rustic vacation escape. The cozy six-person cabins feature extra storage and dining room seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, television and an outdoor deck complete with picnic table and grill. The tranquil woodlands beckoning just outside your door. Recreation includes fitness and horse trails, boat and bicycle rentals, fishing, hay rides, camp fires and sing-alongs under the stars. Two trading post-themed shops provide grocery service and a variety of merchandise. Wilderness Cabins - 6 guests max - 504 sq ft 1 bedroom units with double bed, vanity area, separate living room with pull down double bed.   Wilderness Cabins: Newest woodland dwellings are a perfect combination of the comforts of home and the great outdoors. The Wilderness Cabins are one-bedroom units that sleep six. Features include:One double bed and a set of bunk beds, Separate Murphy bed in sitting area, Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, Dining table that seats six, Air conditioning, Full bathroom with hair dryer, A color cable television, VCR, Telephone, Daily housekeeping.   Campsites: Disney's Fort Wilderness campsites are bordered by lush wilderness and feature paved driveway, parking for one vehicle, picnic table, and charcoal grill. All sites have nearby air-conditioned comfort stations with private showers, ice dispensers, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a telephone. Partial hook-up sites, for tents and pop-up campers only, offer water and electricity. Full hook-up sites include water, electricity and sewer. Preferred sites offer water, electricity, sewer and cable hook-ups, and are conveniently located near the restaurants and shops. Campsites are available for monthly and weekly stays. Select sites are available for pets at an additional charge.

• Saratoga Springs  
  This 65-acre waterfront resort will be located across the lake from Downtown Disney. It will feature stunning Victorian architecture, a themed feature pool with waterslide and interactive children's wet play area, and tranquil gardens. Nestled on a tranquil lakeside site, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa recalls upstate New York country retreats of the late 1800s. The historical influence of health and horses inspired the art and architecture of the resort currently under construction at Walt Disney World Resort. The nearby spa and fitness center will offer a full range of services. This Resort will feature a full-service spa, neighborhood eatery and market, a theme pool with slide, playground, tennis and convenient access to the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course. Spacious villa-style accommodations will provide a full range of amenities to make you feel right at home.  The new, 184-unit development is slated to occupy a unique 16-acre site overlooking the lakefront district at Downtown Disney.
