  • Day 4 - London - Brussels After a warm welcome from our Tour Director, we drive through beautiful Kent countryside to Dover. Here we board our ferry for the short sea crossing to Calais in France. From here we rejoin our coach and continue to Brussels, the capital of Belgium. This evening, why not take a stroll to the Grand Place? (Continental Breakfast)

  • Day 5 - Brussels - Würzburg Today''s journey takes us into Germany, where the tranquil scenery of medieval castles and hillside vineyards drift by on our leisurely Rhine cruise. On our arrival we will admire the view over the city from this vantage point before making our way to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

  • Day 10 - Vienna - Venice (Monastier) (2 nights) On today''s journey we see vistas of ancient castles, mountains and lakes as we leave the Danube Plains. We travel to Klagenfurt and the Lake District of Carinthia. Then into Italy we descend to the Adriatic Coast to arrive in romantic Venice. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

  • Day 14 - Rome - Florence - Italian Lakes (Biandronno) We drive through Tuscany to Florence where our orientation shows us the Cathedral, Giotto''s Bell Tower, the Baptistery and Signoria Square. Then why not shop for fine leather and gold jewelllery in the area around Santa Croce? Later we will gain a panoramic view of the city from Piazzale Michelangelo. Then through the Gotthard range and spectacular snow capped Alps into German speaking Switzerland where we descend through the chalet filled valleys to beautiful lakeside Lucerne where orientation highlights the Lion Monument and the medieval old town. Then time to enjoy on your own to perhaps shop for jewellery, watches or famous-name chocolates or to ascend a nearby mountain by cog-wheel railway and cable car. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

  • Day 4 - London - Amsterdam Welcome from our Tour Director as we drive to Dover for our ferry crossing to Calais in France. Here we join our coach and travel through Belgian countryside to Holland and Amsterdam. A short orientation tour shows us the Dam Square and Tower of Tears. (Continental Breakfast)

  • Day 5 - Amsterdam - Rhine Cruise - Rhineland (Weinheim) This morning we visit a diamond-cutting factory before heading to Cologne with its gothic Cathedral. Then, picturesque villages and medieval castles provide a delightful setting for our leisurely Rhine cruise. Later, see the Lorelei Rock as we make our way to our hotel for dinner and overnight stay. (Buffet Breakast / Dinner)

  • Day 6 - Rhineland (Weinheim) - Lake Lucerne (2 nights) First to Heidelberg with views of the ancient castle. Then on to Freiburg, where we wind through the Black Forest to see beautiful Lake Titisee. At Schaffhausen, we stop to view the mighty Rhine Falls before driving via Zurich to the beautiful lake of Lucerne for two nights. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

  • Day 7 - Lucerne at leisure This lovely city holds many delights, on our orientation we see the poignant Lion Monument and the Old Town.   • Day 8 - Lake Lucerne - Liechtenstein - Innsbruck (Igls) Today we cross the Swiss border to the tiny Principality of Liechtenstein for a brief stop in the capital, Vaduz. From here we continue into Austria, via the Arlberg Pass to the Winter Olympic city of Innsbruck for dinner and overnight stay. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

  • Day 9 - Innsbruck - Verona - Venice (Main.) (2 nights) This morning a short orientation features Innsbruck''s main sights. Next we climb the Alps, through the Brenner Pass and cross into Italy. On arrival perhaps take an excursion to the Isle of Capri, with its luxuriant plants and flowers and then cruise back across the Mediterranean Sea to Sorrento! Dinner is at our hotel tonight.   • Day 15 - Florence - Pisa - Nice (2 nights) We will drive up to Piazzale Michelangelo where we will enjoy stunning views of the city. En route we pass by Genoa, Columbus'' birthplace, and on to the fashionable French Riviera and Nice for two nights. (Buffet Breakfast)

  • Day 17 - Nice - Cannes - Lyon This morning we stop in the nearby resort of Cannes to join the jet set and to see the Boulevard de la Croisette and the Film Festival centre. Then through the beautiful countryside of Van Gogh and Cézanne as we travel via Aix-en-Provence to Avignon, with its Palace of the Popes. From here we continue through the Rhône Valley on our way to Lyon for dinner and overnight stay. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

Then on to Cologne where we admire its Cathedral, before heading to the friendly city of Amsterdam. (Buffet Breakfast / Dinner)

  • Day 21 - Amsterdam orientation, Volendam excursion & at leisure Our orientation shows us the Tower of Tears, the Royal Palace, Dam Square and more.
