When you travel independently, dining is typically your biggest expense. When you travel with Tauck, most meals are included! You’ll savor a delectable assortment of classic dishes and regional specialties, selecting directly from menus or perhaps enjoying the innumerable delights of a delicious buffet.

When you travel with Tauck, you will save up to 40% from the cost of traveling the same itinerary on your own. Virtually every travel expense is included... hotels, most meals, cruises, sightseeing, entertainment -- even taxes and gratuities. Guests are delightfully surprised by how much is included -- you can practically leave your wallet at home! Unlike most organized trips, you will not be "sold" options; this is an important differentiator. A Tauck vacation offers you both superb quality and extraordinary value.

• Tauck Tour Director - A professional, English-speaking tour director accompanies you throughout the duration of the tour and is a fully-trained employee of Tauck Tours. Tours number 34-44 persons (U.S./Canada), and 30-40 persons (Europe). During your travels, you have the advantage of a Tauck Tour Director who is fully knowledgeable about the destination, its history and its culture. The staff are all full-time employees of Tauck, dedicated to providing you with a hassle-free, insightful experience. You can relax knowing that you are accompanied by a professional who manages the flow of events... a problem-solver if one is needed... a knowledgeable expert who saves you precious time... and a friend who will help transform your trip into a truly memorable journey.
• Hotels - Included are all hotel accommodations with private bath.  
  The Tauck "standard" is to provide the best available hotels without sacrificing value.   Although the quality of accommodation may differ from place to place, this standard remains uncompromised.  Two-bedded rooms are reserved in most hotels.  Triples are a two-bedded room plus a rollaway cot and are not recommended for comfort.
• Meals - Nearly all meals are included as specified in the itinerary.  
  Meal codes are: B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner.  The number of meals included is significant since food is the most costly part of any vacation.  Meals are largely choice of menu, with the exception of an occasional group function of buffet necessary to provide adequate service at times of peak demand. The enjoyment of dining is a delightful and integral part of travel. That's why Tauck selects restaurants that offer a true "taste" of each region you visit. You have the freedom to dine from regular restaurant menus -- whether you're in the mood for a sophisticated Chateaubriand in a hotel's "signature" restaurant or a specialty salad in the café. You even have the freedom to dine anytime and with anyone you wish.
• Transportation - All motorcoach, cruise ship, rail, helicopter, excursion boat and flights within the tour are included.  Tauck Tours does not 
  own or operate transportation vehicles (within the United States and Canada), but charters the best available carriers and facilities.  Some cruise ships, trains and flights are reserved exclusively for Tauck guests.
• Gratuities Included - All necessary gratuities for bellmen, doormen, hours keepers, dining room servers and local guides are included.  On tours which include travel by train or cruise ship, all necessary staff gratuities are included.
• No Options Sold - Tauck's price includes entertainment, special dinners, sightseeing, and most every activity.  Our tour director will sometimes assist with information on free-time activities based on honest opinion and guidance, but will not sell you anything. This 
  means better value and a more realized pleasant experience for you.
• Single Rooms - Since hotel rates are per room, the tour price for rooms occupied by one person is higher than those where two or more persons share the cost of a room. Singles who wish to share with another tour member should request this at the time of booking and will be booked as a "single-share-if-possible" basis.  The single price is charged initially.  If at departure we have another person to "Share," the difference between the single price and the per person twin price will be refunded within two weeks after the tour ends.  "shares" cannot be guaranteed.
• Baggage Gratuities for luggage handling are included in the tour price.  Due to space limitations aboard motorcoaches, we urge that only one normal-size piece of luggage be brought.  Smaller hand bags and overnight cases should be carried personally.
• Itinerary - Each itinerary takes years of personal research to develop. Tauck has great connections worldwide. This network, combined with their passionate development team, leads to the creation of well researched and choreographed travel experiences. Every detail is handled seamlessly to enable you the freedom to relax and travel as an individual, because your needs and expectations are anticipated.

Not Included in the tour price:

• Airfare to the tour departure point and from the tour ending point is not included. Atlas Cruises & Tours will assist in securing the best available air fares. 
• Hotel Rooms Before & After Tours - As a service, Tauck tours will make reservations before or after your tour at most of our first and last night hotels.  Rooms are reserved on a space available basis and must be booked through Tauck Tours.  These hotel rooms charges will be added to the tour cost.  Specific hotels and rates available upon request.
• Tour Director and Driver Gratuities - The customary gratuities to the Tauck Tour director and driver are not included.  Such gratuities should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis and not as a group.
• Personal Expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, optional activities and other incidental expenses are not included.
