Day 1 Cities
Visited: Oahu
Today we fly to Honolulu on the island of Oahu, one of the
single most dreamed of vacation spots in the world. You'll be
met with a traditional Lei Greeting at the Deluxe Hyatt Regency
Hotel overlooking famous Waikiki Beach.
This evening, the choice is yours. Enjoy a light dinner, drinks
and incredible panoramic views at the "Elegant Dive," Hyatt's
lovely poolside lounge, pupus at Musashi, Ciao Mein or from the
comfort of your own deluxe oceanview balcony. ($30 hotel food
and beverage credit per person.)
Day 2 Cities Visited: Oahu
The brilliant Hawaiian sunrise beckons you to a great buffet or
a la carte breakfast.
Next, a short "familiarization" talk with Matthew on your
Hawaiian adventure. Then we set off for Pearl Harbor to
commemorate the "day that will live in infamy," December 7,
1941. Few Americains who set foot on the Arizona Memorial can
avoid a few goose bumps�
We continue on to the historic Punchbowl National Cemetery
followed by a panoramic sightseeing tour of downtown Honolulu.
Tonight, we enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner (wine not included)
followed by the fabulous "Society of Seven" cocktail show - OR -
a la carte dinner at another Hyatt Regency Waikiki award-winning
restaurant with complimentary wine or soft drinks.
Day 3 Cities Visited: Oahu
There's time to linger over your Eggs Benedict this morning
as you plan your free day in paradise.
Relax poolside with a Mai Tai, read that great summer novel,
shop for souvenirs, visit the Honolulu Zoo, visit Diamond Head,
or just people-watch on Waikiki Beach were each day sizzles with
fun.
Your tour escort will also help you decide among several
optional activites such as the Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea
Life Park, snorkeling at Hanama Bay, a catamaran sail or a round
of golf. The list is endless.
This evening, be sure to bring your appetite to one of Hyatt's
award-winning restaurants: "Ciao Mein" - tantalizing Chinese and
Italian cuisine, "The Colony" - succulent steaks, seafood and
poultry, or "Musashi" - authentic Japanese dining. And again,
complimentary wine or soft drinks and all gratuities are
included.
Day 4 Cities Visited: Maui
After breakfast we jet to Maui, the "Valley Island".
In 1778 Captain James Cook arrived in "Mowee," ending the
idyllic life of the Polynesian natives. In Cook's wake came
traders, missionaries and whalers. At the height of the whaling
era (1840 to 1865), Lahaina Town served as the anchorage for
more than 500 ships! We'll visit Lahaina and the lao Valley to
view the famous lao needle.
You'll gasp upon entering the vast, open-air lobby of AAA
Diamond Award-winning Hyatt Maui. We'll check-in, get our
bearings, and enjoy a great a la carte dinner with wine at Spats
(Italian) or Cascades (steak and seafood).
Day 5 Cities Visited: Maui
After breakfast at Hyatt's Swan Court, we're in for a
fascinating day of exploration. Its focal point, the 10,023 foot
summit of giant Mount Haleakala. The now sleeping volcano that
gave birth to the island, Haleakala - the "House of the Sun" -
is a mile deep. And the crater alone streches seven miles
across. She's majestic and truly awesome!
This evening you're totally free to do as you please. Why not
take the hotel shuttle back to Lahaina Town with its many shops,
attractions and restaurants? You tour guide is delighted to help
you make this your best vacation ever.
Day 6 Cities Visited: Maui
A free day at the Hyatt Maui presents an astonishing array of
delightful ways to pass the time. Frolic in the "water
playground", pamper yourself at the spa, play championship golf
and tennis, scuba, ride the waves, feast on the beauty of
nature, or on the priceless art collection.
Tonight enjoy another great a la carte dinner wih wine at Spats
(Italian) or Cascades (steak and seafood).
Day 7 Cities Visited: Maui
Another free day to spend at the ultimate Kaanapali beach hotel.
Indulge in all it has to offer to create your own perfect day.
After a casual relaxing breakfast, meander through the open-air
atrium with palm trees, orchids and Asian art. Visit the hotel's
peaceful koi ponds. Sit by its sparkling waterfalls. Enjoy the
lush tropical grounds. Of course, let's not forget the half-acre
swimming pool and world famous Kaanapali beach. If you have more
adventurous ideas, your tour guide can help.
Tonight� the "Drums of the Pacific" Luau� It's the hottest show
on the island. Our luau takes you on a journey through the
islands of Polynesia. Witness the authentic dances and music of
Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti and Hawaii.
Enjoy an open bar and an all-you-can-eat traditional luau buffet
featuring a superb combination of Hawaiian specialties complete
with an Imu ceremony.
Day 8 Cities Visited: Kauai
Kauai, the "Garden Island," is a tranquil haven - away from the
hustle and bustle - turquoise blue skies, lush green vegetation
and sparkling oceans of imperial jade.
After a very short ride to Kauai, we transfer to our new home
for the next three nights� the Super Deluxe Grand Hyatt Kauai.
It is not just brochure language to say this is one of the

top four in Hawaii.
The rest of the afternoon is all yours. Step into the world of
timeless elegance and luxury. Take in the refreshing ocean
breezes from the beautiful white-sand beaches. Spend the next
three days filled with sunshine, swimming in sparkling pools or
just exploring the hotel's lush manicured grounds.
This evening you'll love dining at Dondero's, named Kauai's best
Italian restaurant, or Tidepools, where contemporary island
cuisine is served. Great wine, beer or soft drink included.
Day 9 Cities Visited: Kauai
A free day! All yours. If it's rest you want, "hang loose."
You'll need no help. But if it's excitement you want, take
advantage of a very special sightseeing tour aboard a
six-passenger jet-powered helicopter at very special discounted
rates. Your tour director will be happy to advise you of other
activites available on this spectacularly beautiful island.
Dinner is on your own, and you'll have lots of choices at the
Grand Hyatt.
Day 10 Cities Visited: Kauai
This morning we'll visit Waimea Canyon, also known as "The Grand
Canyon of the Pacific." Its vast views and imposing stature
share similarities with its mainland cousin, but this canyon has
a personality all its own. A day of unsurpassed beauty!
Another spectacular dinner with wine tonight at Yum Cha Asian
Fusion Restaurant. Bon appetite!
Day 11 Cities Visited: Kauai
Our tour ends this morning after breakfast. We at Perillo Tours

"Land
Only" means the tour cost without airfare and transfers.
Passengers must provide their own airline tickets to
Honolulu and return from the island where their tour ends.
Four island tour ends on the Big Island where passengers
will need air from Kona airport. Beginning 2008, Three
island tour ends on Kauai; Two island tour ends on Maui.
Land Only passengers selecting the Big Island Extension will
need air from the Kona airport. All inter-island air flights
are included in the "Land Only" price.
