Day 1 Cities Visited: Oahu
Today we fly to Honolulu on the island of Oahu, one of the single most dreamed of vacation spots in the world. You'll be met with a traditional Lei Greeting at the Deluxe Hyatt Regency Hotel overlooking famous Waikiki Beach.

This evening, the choice is yours. Enjoy a light dinner, drinks and incredible panoramic views at the "Elegant Dive," Hyatt's lovely poolside lounge, pupus at Musashi, Ciao Mein or from the comfort of your own deluxe oceanview balcony. ($30 hotel food and beverage credit per person.)

Day 2 Cities Visited: Oahu
The brilliant Hawaiian sunrise beckons you to a great buffet or a la carte breakfast.
Next, a short "familiarization" talk with Matthew on your Hawaiian adventure. Then we set off for Pearl Harbor to commemorate the "day that will live in infamy," December 7, 1941. Few Americains who set foot on the Arizona Memorial can avoid a few goose bumps
We continue on to the historic Punchbowl National Cemetery followed by a panoramic sightseeing tour of downtown Honolulu.

Tonight, we enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner (wine not included) followed by the fabulous "Society of Seven" cocktail show - OR - a la carte dinner at another Hyatt Regency Waikiki award-winning restaurant with complimentary wine or soft drinks.

Day 3 Cities Visited: Oahu
There's time to linger over your Eggs Benedict this morning as you plan your free day in paradise.

Relax poolside with a Mai Tai, read that great summer novel, shop for souvenirs, visit the Honolulu Zoo, visit Diamond Head, or just people-watch on Waikiki Beach were each day sizzles with fun.

Your tour escort will also help you decide among several optional activites such as the Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea Life Park, snorkeling at Hanama Bay, a catamaran sail or a round of golf. The list is endless.

This evening, be sure to bring your appetite to one of Hyatt's award-winning restaurants: "Ciao Mein" - tantalizing Chinese and Italian cuisine, "The Colony" - succulent steaks, seafood and poultry, or "Musashi" - authentic Japanese dining. And again, complimentary wine or soft drinks and all gratuities are included.

Day 4 Cities Visited: Maui
After breakfast we jet to Maui, the "Valley Island".

In 1778 Captain James Cook arrived in "Mowee," ending the idyllic life of the Polynesian natives. In Cook's wake came traders, missionaries and whalers. At the height of the whaling era (1840 to 1865), Lahaina Town served as the anchorage for more than 500 ships! We'll visit Lahaina and the lao Valley to view the famous lao needle.

You'll gasp upon entering the vast, open-air lobby of AAA Diamond Award-winning Hyatt Maui. We'll check-in, get our bearings, and enjoy a great a la carte dinner with wine at Spats (Italian) or Cascades (steak and seafood).

Day 5 Cities Visited: Maui
After breakfast at Hyatt's Swan Court, we're in for a fascinating day of exploration. Its focal point, the 10,023 foot summit of giant Mount Haleakala. The now sleeping volcano that gave birth to the island, Haleakala - the "House of the Sun" - is a mile deep. And the crater alone streches seven miles across. She's majestic and truly awesome!

This evening you're totally free to do as you please. Why not take the hotel shuttle back to Lahaina Town with its many shops, attractions and restaurants? You tour guide is delighted to help you make this your best vacation ever.

Day 6 Cities Visited: Maui
A free day at the Hyatt Maui presents an astonishing array of delightful ways to pass the time. Frolic in the "water playground", pamper yourself at the spa, play championship golf and tennis, scuba, ride the waves, feast on the beauty of nature, or on the priceless art collection.

Tonight enjoy another great a la carte dinner wih wine at Spats (Italian) or Cascades (steak and seafood).

Day 7 Cities Visited: Maui
Another free day to spend at the ultimate Kaanapali beach hotel. Indulge in all it has to offer to create your own perfect day. After a casual relaxing breakfast, meander through the open-air atrium with palm trees, orchids and Asian art. Visit the hotel's peaceful koi ponds. Sit by its sparkling waterfalls. Enjoy the lush tropical grounds. Of course, let's not forget the half-acre swimming pool and world famous Kaanapali beach. If you have more adventurous ideas, your tour guide can help.

Tonight the "Drums of the Pacific" Luau It's the hottest show on the island. Our luau takes you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia. Witness the authentic dances and music of Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti and Hawaii.

Enjoy an open bar and an all-you-can-eat traditional luau buffet featuring a superb combination of Hawaiian specialties complete with an Imu ceremony.

Day 8 Cities Visited: Kauai
Kauai, the "Garden Island," is a tranquil haven - away from the hustle and bustle - turquoise blue skies, lush green vegetation and sparkling oceans of imperial jade.

After a very short ride to Kauai, we transfer to our new home for the next three nights the Super Deluxe Grand Hyatt Kauai. It is not just brochure language to say this is one of the finest resorts in the world! Conde Nast has voted it among the top four in Hawaii.

The rest of the afternoon is all yours. Step into the world of timeless elegance and luxury. Take in the refreshing ocean breezes from the beautiful white-sand beaches. Spend the next three days filled with sunshine, swimming in sparkling pools or just exploring the hotel's lush manicured grounds.

This evening you'll love dining at Dondero's, named Kauai's best Italian restaurant, or Tidepools, where contemporary island cuisine is served. Great wine, beer or soft drink included.

Day 9 Cities Visited: Kauai
A free day! All yours. If it's rest you want, "hang loose." You'll need no help. But if it's excitement you want, take advantage of a very special sightseeing tour aboard a six-passenger jet-powered helicopter at very special discounted rates. Your tour director will be happy to advise you of other activites available on this spectacularly beautiful island.

Dinner is on your own, and you'll have lots of choices at the Grand Hyatt.

Day 10 Cities Visited: Kauai
This morning we'll visit Waimea Canyon, also known as "The Grand Canyon of the Pacific." Its vast views and imposing stature share similarities with its mainland cousin, but this canyon has a personality all its own. A day of unsurpassed beauty!

Another spectacular dinner with wine tonight at Yum Cha Asian Fusion Restaurant. Bon appetite!

Day 11 Cities Visited: Kauai
Our tour ends this morning after breakfast. We at Perillo Tours want to thank you for your trust in us. We love what we do and we try very hard to go the extra mile. If you believe we deserve your recommendation, you will honor us greatly by telling your friends to "Go Perillo!"
