DAY 1: Cities Visited: Oahu
Today we fly to Honolulu on the island of Oahu, one of the single most dreamed of vacation spots in the world. You'll be met with a traditional Lei Greeting at the Deluxe Hyatt Regency Hotel overlooking famous Waikiki Beach.
This evening, the choice is yours. Enjoy a light dinner, drinks and incredible panoramic views at the "Elegant Dive," Hyatt's lovely poolside lounge, pupus at Musashi, Ciao Mein or from the comfort of your own deluxe oceanview balcony. ($30 hotel food and beverage credit per person.)

DAY 2: Cities Visited: Oahu
The brilliant Hawaiian sunrise beckons you to a great buffet or a la carte breakfast. Next, a short "familiarization" talk with Matthew on your Hawaiian adventure. Then we set off for Pearl Harbor to commemorate the "day that will live in infamy," December 7, 1941. Few Americains who set foot on the Arizona Memorial can avoid a few goose bumps.
We continue on to the historic Punchbowl National Cemetery followed by a panoramic sightseeing tour of downtown Honolulu.
Tonight, we enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner (wine not included) followed by the fabulous "Society of Seven" cocktail show - OR - a la carte dinner at another Hyatt Regency Waikiki award-winning restaurant with complimentary wine or soft drinks.

DAY 3: Cities Visited: Oahu
There's time to linger over your Eggs Benedict this morning as you plan your free day in paradise.
Relax poolside with a Mai Tai, read that great summer novel, shop for souvenirs, visit the Honolulu Zoo, visit Diamond Head, or just people-watch on Waikiki Beach were each day sizzles with fun.
Your tour escort will also help you decide among several optional activites such as the Polynesian Cultural Center, Sea Life Park, snorkeling at Hanama Bay, a catamaran sail or a round of golf. The list is endless.
This evening, be sure to bring your appetite to one of Hyatt's award-winning restaurants: "Ciao Mein" - tantalizing Chinese and Italian cuisine, "The Colony" - succulent steaks, seafood and poultry, or "Musashi" - authentic Japanese dining. And again, complimentary wine or soft drinks and all gratuities are included.

DAY 4: Cities Visited: Maui
After breakfast we jet to Maui, the "Valley Island". In 1778 Captain James Cook arrived in "Mowee," ending the idyllic life of the Polynesian natives. In Cook's wake came traders, missionaries and whalers. At the height of the whaling era (1840 to 1865), Lahaina Town served as the anchorage for more than 500 ships! We'll visit Lahaina and the lao Valley to view the famous lao needle.
You'll gasp upon entering the vast, open-air lobby of AAA Diamond Award-winning Hyatt Maui. We'll check-in, get our bearings, and enjoy a great a la carte dinner with wine at Spats (Italian) or Cascades (steak and seafood).

The now sleeping volcano that gave birth to the island, Haleakala - the "House of the Sun" -is a mile deep. And the crater alone streches seven miles across. She's majestic and truly awesome!
This evening you're totally free to do as you please. Why not take the hotel shuttle back to Lahaina Town with its many shops, attractions and restaurants? You tour guide is delighted to help you make this your best vacation ever.

Sightseeing Highlights

- Enjoy a Lei Greeting and welcome party.

- Sightsee the Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial, the Punchbowl National Cemetery, and the city of Honolulu.

- Arizona Memorial: One of Americas most revered historical landmarks. I think everyone that comes to Hawaii should pay his or her respects to our fallen heroes. Most people know the history of the Memorial but many don t know that Elvis and the children of Hawaii had an important hand in its construction. Elvis gave a concert in Hawaii and all the proceeds went to the memorial fund. The children of Hawaii gave their pennies to help finance the memorial. It's interesting to note that the Arizona is still leaking fuel oil after all these years. The oil is known as "The Tears of the Arizona".

- Punchbowl National Cemetery of the Pacific: The final resting place of 22 Medal of Honor recipients, War correspondent Ernie Pyle, and local astronaut Ellison Onizuka, who died in the space shuttle disaster.

- Delight in the fabulous "Society of Seven" cocktail show. 7 Very talented performers that could make it anywhere. They prefer to stay in Hawaii because they are the best show in town. "They would rather be the big fish in the little pond, than the little fish in the big pond".

- After a leisurely morning, go north to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Your choice: Dinner and Show or Dine-A-Round.

- Fly to Kahului, Maui. Take a tour of the Lahaina fishing village and the Iao Valley.

- Mount Haleakala Tour: The world's largest dormant volcano, said to be home to the god Maui. It is also said to be the place where Maui lassoed the sun for his mother. Mark Twain said it was the "Most sublime of natural spectacles". It is known as "The House of the Sun".

- A real Hawaiian treat - a traditional Luau Dinner and "Drums of the Pacific" Show.

- Enjoy a full day at leisure in Maui and a Cocktail Party and Farewell Dinner before you fly home the next day.
