Seabourn Odyssey is an evolution of the standard ultra-luxury cruising that has become synonymous with Seabourn yachting lifesm. From the first moment you step aboard, you will begin to appreciate the appeal of yachting with Seabourn. The warm smiles and chilled champagne that welcome you. And virtually everything is included, from the luxury of all-suite accommodations to the complimentary fine wines and spirits served onboard.

- Medical Emergencies
The ship has a small but modern basic medical facility, staffed by a doctor and nurse. These facilities are equipped to provide medical care for illness or accidents that may arise during the cruise. They are not intended to provide ongoing medical treatment for pre-existing conditions. If you anticipate a need for medical services aboard ship, special requirements must be cleared in writing with Seabourn. Because the ship is either at sea or in ports where availability of medical facilities and pharmaceutical products may be limited, guests must bring adequate supplies of prescription medications and other health related items.Guests with conditions requiring ongoing medical assistance may be asked to have their physician provide a confidential certification form to ensure that they may travel safely.
- Pregnancy Policy
Seabourn does not have the specialized facilities and/or treatment required for childbirth, prenatal or early infant care aboard its ships. Those facilities may also not be obtainable ashore in ports we call on. Accordingly, Seabourn cannot accept a booking or carry any guest who will be 24 completed weeks or more pregnant on the last day of the intended cruise. All pregnant women are required to produce a physician's letter stating that the mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel, and that the pregnancy is not high-risk. The letter must also include the estimated date of delivery (EDD) calculated from both last menstrual period (LMP) and ultrasound (if performed). - Smoking Policy
For the comfort and convenience of all, guests are asked to refrain from smoking in the following areas:- All dining venues (inside and outside)
- Show Lounge/The Grand Salon, The Club, The Casino and meeting rooms
- Port side (left side facing forward) of the Observation Lounge, including during tea time and early morning riser
- Elevators, corridors and lobbies including Reception/Seabourn Square
- The Spa at Seabourn, the surrounding deck and Spa Terrace
- Deck 11 including The Retreat, Sun Terrace and all of Deck 8 including the Patio Bar, Patio Grill and pool area
Pipe and cigar smoking is only permitted outside on deck on the starboard side (right side), except during on-deck meal service.
Cigarette smoking is only permitted in your stateroom, on the starboard sides of the Observation Bar, Sky Bar and deck behind Seabourn Square.
- Special Dietary Needs - Advance Notice Required
Guests with special dietary needs should notify Seabourn at the time of booking or, at the latest, six weeks before sailing. Every effort will be made to comply with these requests. Special dietary requests, such as salt-free or vegetarian foods, should be reconfirmed with the maitre d'hotel. - Wheelchair Access & Special Needs
Guests with disabilities are welcome aboard Seabourn vessels. Guests who have medical, physical or other special requirements must advise Seaabourn's Reservation Department at time of reservation. Due to the configuration of the ship, wheelchair users and individuals with sight impairments may experience some difficulties in accessing certain areas. Seabourn suggests that such individuals be accompanied by a companion, due to such barriers or other criteria.For safety reasons, guests in wheelchairs cannot be carried up staircases or gangways, nor on launches when the ship is at anchor. Upon notification by a guest with a disability, Seabourn Reservations can assist in providing any relevant information pertaining to accessibility on board the vessels.
Qualified service animals are permitted on board. Notice that a guest will be traveling with a service animal must be provided at the times of booking. Local laws or customs may prevent animals from disembarking at particular ports and countries. It is the guest's obligation to obtain all documents/health certificates that may be required. Consult local customs authorities for information and requirements.
- Internet Access
Guests may access the internet onboard either via WiFi connection or in the Business Center. Due to the limits of satellite bandwidth, guests should use Seabourn internet access for email communication or web browsing only. Guests can not download high-volume data such as videos, movies, or Skype and like type of services, as this will interfere with other users. Satellite internet access is significantly slower than land-based high-speed connections, and subject to occasional interruption or disruption for reasons beyond Seabourn's control. Certain websites and services may be restricted due to limited bandwidth.
