Dining

  • Grand Dining Room
Patterned after Europe’s exquisite 5-star restaurants, the Grand Dining Room is handsomely decorated, featuring tables beautifully set with European bone china and fine, cotton linens. The formally attired wait staff attends to each detail with flawless impeccability, serving European-inspired Continental cuisine or the healthy and savory fare of the world-renowned Canyon Ranch®. Menus change daily, with a brilliant selection of sumptuous dishes for breakfast and lunch, punctuated by at least six appetizers and nine entrées at dinner.

  • Jacques
Enter Jacques, the eminent Jacques Pépin’s first restaurant to bear his name on land or sea, and you will be instantly struck by the sensory pleasures. Luscious aromas waft from the gleaming glass and brass show rotisserie in the room’s heart, where duck, pork, chicken and veal roasts slowly turn, sealing in their succulent flavors. Handsomely decorated with rich fabrics, heirloom antiques, pickled wood furnishings and art from Jacques' personal collection, it resembles a classic Parisian bistro. Exceedingly comfortable and clubby, the ambiance is pure French, as is the cosmopolitan yet wonderfully approachable cuisine.

  • Red Ginger
Red Ginger’s chefs have created a striking menu, noted for its contemporary interpretations of Asian classics. You might begin with a Salad of Roast Duck and Watermelon with Cashews, Mint and Thai Basil, followed by a savory Braised Beef Malay Curry or Asian-spiced Rack Of Lamb with Kohl Robi. In Red Ginger, the gustatory pleasures are as striking as the visual ones.

  • Polo Grill
Polo Grill is simply timeless; a traditional intimate setting that personifies a classic steakhouse, courtesy of its crisp, white linen tablecloths, dark-wood furnishings upholstered in richly textured fabrics, and supple burgundy leather chairs. Each course is a consummate expression of time-honored favorites.

  • Toscana
Beautiful scenes of the Tuscan countryside adorn Toscana, an artistic expression of the authentic dining experience awaiting guests. Simple yet keenly balanced, Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich family traditions, where many of the recipes originated. Similarly, the sommeliers are from long lines of wine-producing families, so they inherently know the characteristics of each vintage to perfectly complement your meal.

  • Terrace Café
Days that begin in the Terrace Café always seem light and carefree. Perhaps it’s because the room is infused with natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows, stimulating the appetite for its sumptuous selections, an expansive menu of international dishes. Feel free to dine inside or alfresco at one of the shaded teak tables on the terrace; both areas offer stunning panoramic views.

  • Waves Grill
Being open-air and just steps from the swimming pool, Waves Grill welcomes casual diners. Its laid-back ambiance invites guests to come directly from lounging in the sun, or for a quick meal between shore excursions. While the atmosphere is deliciously informal, the menu and preparation reflects the same attention to detail as the finest of restaurants. You can watch the chefs grill savory items such as gourmet burgers, tangy barbecue and succulent seafood to perfection. Side dishes include healthy, garden-fresh salads and crispy, piping-hot, hand-cut fries. For a refreshing dessert, there's a variety of creamy gelatos, made-to-order sundaes topped with all the trimmings and thick, hand-dipped milkshakes.

  • Privée
Privée stands alone as Oceania Cruises' most opulent, one-of-a-kind dining experience. Outlandishly decorated with Ferrari Red carpeting, ornate Baroque millwork, and backlit onyx-clad walls, the setting for Privée is absolutely exquisite. Guests will be able to enjoy a menu selected from Polo Grill, Toscana or a combination of both. Each guest can select their own menu. Within the sanctum of Privée, dining engages all the senses, leaving you and your guests immensely fulfilled.

  • La Reserve
La Reserve by Wine Spectator is an industry-first onboard wine-tasting center that offers gourmands the opportunity to enjoy a series of seminars and tastings that will enhance your appreciation of fine wine and perfectly paired cuisine. Evenings allow for an intimate, epicurean experience. You will be treated to a seven-course gourmet dinner, where each course is delightfully paired with an appropriate premium wine.

  • Afternoon Tea
Four o’clock in the afternoon is recognized as teatime the world over. But few teatimes are as anticipated and inspired as ours, a celebratory daily event that irresistibly draws guests to Horizons. As a classical string quartet plays softly in the background, guests can enjoy freshly made finger sandwiches, colorful petit fours, richly textured scones, and wonderfully sinful desserts lovingly presented on bountiful tiered pastry carts. Of course, an equally tempting selection of tea, that most quintessential of English beverages, is served. Sit back, enjoy the moment, and take in the panoramic views.

  • Baristas
A stunning arc of floor-to-ceiling windows provides panoramic views high above the glittering sea as the master baristas present you with the finest espressos, frothy cappuccinos, delightful pastries and homemade biscotti. A comforting yet stylish enclave, Baristas offers the tasteful chance to relax and savor the moment.

  • Horizons
An observation lounge with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows offers captivating views, sweeping vistas and a convivial bar in which to enjoy your favorite cocktail.

  • Casino
Lady Luck always seems to be present in the ship's Monte Carlo style-casino, coaxing jackpots and eliciting squeals of delight. Take one of the slot machines for a spin or join a rousing game of blackjack, poker, or roulette.

  • Martini Tasting
The martini exudes luxury and sophistication. Sample a selection of these fine cocktails from the convivial bars and lounges, or learn about the intricacies and history of the drink from the head bartender.

  • Live Entertainment
If you’re an aficionado of the arts, you’ll find the ship's entertainment just as engrossing and personally satisfying. In the evenings, the ship is filled with music performed by, what some have called, the finest orchestra at sea. Attend a live classical concert under the stars. Marvel at the magicians, comedians and other headliners. Dance the night away in Horizons to the sounds of a marvelous musical group. Entertainment has never been so enjoyable, enriching or varied.
