• Internet Access
  All NCL ships are equipped with 24-hour internet cafés, that allow you to surf the Web, chat online and access your email account. Once onboard, instructions on how to create an account and pricing details are present on-screen in the Internet Café or on your laptop during the log-in process. Internet pricing is the same, whether you are using the Internet Café terminals, your own laptop or other wireless devices. All internet access charges will be billed directly to your onboard account.

  For your convenience, the Internet Café Manager is available for assistance during posted hours. Internet Café terminals run on Windows XP and are limited to Internet communication. The terminals are not equipped with Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, etc), however, most files can be accessed as “read only” for viewing purposes but cannot be edited or saved. On your personal laptop you can read, edit and save files without restrictions according to the programs installed as you normally would.

  Please note, the internet onboard is transmitted via satellite, and therefore, is significantly slower than the high-speed connections normally experienced on land.

• Pregnancy Policy
  NCL will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the Access Desk (accessdesk@ncl.com) with a medical certificate establishing your due date prior to your cruise.

• Smoking Policy
  Public areas throughout all NCL ships are smoke free. If you smoke cigarettes, you can do so in your stateroom, on your balcony, in the casino or Cigar Bar (where available). If you prefer pipes or cigars, you can smoke in the Cigar Bar or designated smoking lounge. Also, you can smoke cigarettes, pipes and cigars outside on open decks (just not around food venues, sport decks, kids' pool areas and other designated non-smoking areas). Cigar and pipe smoking inside your stateroom or on your balcony is prohibited.

• Special Dietary Needs - Advance Notice Required
  Guests with food allergies should contact the Access Desk to discuss Norwegian Cruise Line's policies and procedures concerning special diets and your specific allergies prior to your cruise. Because the vessels are supplied all over the world, it may be easier to meet your specific food allergy requirements in some countries, but very difficult in others. NCL can arrange to have no sugar and low sodium meals for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available in many staterooms for storing insulin.

• Wheelchair Access & Special Needs
  NCL is committed to providing all guests the freedom of choice to cruise ther way. In order to assist you with any special requirements you may have, NCL has a seasoned group of cruise professionals who are specifically trained to meet your needs for accessible travel. Guests may contact the Access Desk Coordinators toll-free at 866-584-9756. The Access Desk Coordinators will discuss with guests' needs and expectations for their cruising experience. You or your travel agent will be contacted so that NCL can try to meet your needs prior to your cruise as soon as they receive your Special Accommodation Requirements Information form available from our Access Desk.
